You can do this...Cream Puff

From Better Homes and Gardens Cook Book!
YES! You can make a cream puff! And it will be fabulous!

1/2 C. Butter or Margarine
1 C. Water
1 C. Flour
1/4 t. Salt
4 eggs

In a medium sauce pan melt butter.
Add Water and bring to boiling.
Add Flour and Salt all at once stir Vigorously
Cook and stir till mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate
remove from heat
Cool about 5 min.
Add eggs one at a time beating with a wooden spoon after each addition for 1 to 2 min or till smooth.
Drop batter by Heaping tablespoon 3 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet
Bake at 400 for 30 min or till golden brown and puffy.
Remove from oven, split, removing any soft dough inside
cool on wire rack
fill with whipped cream, pudding or whatever you like! Lila used to put chicken salad in them....DROOL!

FYI I prefer to put the dough in a pastry bag and pipe them onto parchment paper
You can make them into just a regular cream puff shape that way or pipe in a line to make them into Eclairs. The bigger the tip the bigger the pastry will be.
