I just wanted to share my love of apricot Jam! I was finally able to buy some really good apricots at our local farmers market on Saturday. Jam takes such a short time to make it's really worth the effort. Apricot jam is so versatile too... it can be used as a glaze over strawberries, instead of syrup on waffles and it's absolutely amazing just spread on toast!
My other favorite jams to make are of course Strawberry, and back in the day
Olallieberry (look this up if you don't have a clue what it is!)
when we used to go down to Watsonville and pick them ourselves! YUM!All you have to do is follow the recipe on the pectin box!
