5 med. yams chopped and boiled 20 min
1 can (20oz) Pineapple chunks
3/4 C. brown sugar
1 T. cornstarch
Prepare yams and place in 9x13 pan
Strain pineapple chunks reserving liquid
Add pineapple chunks to the yams
Whisk together cornstarch and brown sugar and add to reserved pineapple juice.
Microwave or cook on the stove till thickened and add to the pan and stir to combine.
top with marshmallows.
Bake till heated through and marshmallows have a nice color!
